Los Angeles resident Sherwin Yadegar enrolled at California State University, Northridge in 1974. After finding his academic direction, Sherwin Yadegar focused his studies on business management at CSUN’s College of Business and Economics. As a student in the esteemed business school, Sherwin Yadegar trained in a cross-section of academic disciplines, ranging from human resource management to strategic planning, consulting, training, and business development. As a Bachelor’s degree graduate of the program, Sherwin Yadegar applies his skills to a variety of industries in both the private and public sectors, including manufacturing, project development, research, services, and retail. Sherwin Yadegar graduated with an above-average GPA from CSUN. Today, Sherwin Yadegar serves as the owner of Platinum Investment Group, a property management firm headquartered in Culver City. Sherwin Yadegar is responsible for managing Platinum Investment Group’s property portfolio, which includes 4447 Sepulveda Boulevard, a commercial unit situated between Braddock Drive and Franklin Avenue. The prime commercial frontage that Sherwin Yadegar manages currently houses two tenants–Global Pet Food Outlet and Dentex Dental of Culver City, the latter of which is operated by Dr. Albert Aloian. In his role as a property manager, Sherwin Yadegar handles all property maintenance and repair, leaseholder paperwork, and payment scheduling, as well as any other tasks desired of by the landlord. Outside of his professional duties, Sherwin Yadegar is a member of the Society of Young Philanthropists (SYP), a social network of accomplished professionals in Los Angeles and Dallas. Sherwin Yadegar and his colleagues at SYP are known largely for organizing charitable events and for participating in citywide fund-raising drives or philanthropic activities. Sherwin Yadegar supports his local temple and maintains a physically, socially, and mentally active lifestyle. Some of Sherwin Yadegar’s favorite activities include golfing, clubbing, and reading, particularly novels by Ernest Hemingway. One of Sherwin Yadegar’s favorite books is Ernest Hemingway’s A Farewell to Arms.
